The Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces’ luxury properties look and feel was divided into 5 sections – corporate, city, resort and spa, safari and residences.
A new look and feel system anchored around the peacock feather was crafted and used intelligently with minor variations across all the 5 sections mentioned above.
The new look was then cascaded onto multiple collaterals and touch points in the hotel, starting from the in-room amenities to the signage. A very comprehensive and robust system allowed for a beautiful and elite experience for the Taj guests.
